Monroe |
Take State Route
17 east to Exit 130. At the end of the exit ramp make a left turn, going
south on State Route 208. Proceed 0.8 miles to the end of Route 208 at
State Route 17M. Make a right turn onto 17M west. Go 0.1 miles on 17M to
the first left turn. Make the left turn onto Gilbert Street. Make a
right turn and go to the back of the Chase Bank (previously Bank of NY) building. Eye Physician
is on the second floor of the building, use the entrance in the rear of
the building. When you come inside, we are the first door on the left
past the mailboxes. |

Take State Route 17 west to Exit 130. At the end of

Take State Route 17M west, passing State Route 208. After passing 208,
proceed 0.1 miles to the first left turn. Make the left turn onto

Take State Route 208 southbound, crossing State Route 17. After crossing
17, proceed 0.9 miles to the end of Route 208 at State Route 17M. Make a
right turn onto 17M west. Go 0.1 miles on 17M to the first left turn.
Make the left turn onto Gilbert Street. Make a right turn and go to the
back of the Chase Bank (previously Bank of NY) building. Eye Physician is on the second floor of
